Eugene Vindman for Congress

John, I need to make sure you saw this:

Trump and Hegseth’s Department of War just launched a sham investigation into me and called me “a bitter back-bencher” and “serial liar” — all because I demand accountability from the President.

Last week, I called on Donald Trump to release the transcript of his phone call with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman — the same leader U.S. intelligence concluded called for the brutal murder of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

Instead of offering transparency, the Trump White House lashed out. They immediately launched a sham investigation into me to intimidate me, and their Communications Director resorted to name-calling, accusing me of lying, and resurrecting the same false smears they used after I blew the whistle on Trump six years ago.

But let me tell you something, when the White House attacks you, they show their cards. I know we’ve struck a nerve because these attacks are the cost of telling the truth about Donald Trump.

I’ve spent my entire adult life serving this country — from the Army to the National Security Council to the House of Representatives. I didn’t ask for this fight, but I believe the only responsible thing to do is speak up for the truth.

That is exactly what I did 6 years ago when I blew the whistle.
That is exactly what I’m doing now.
And it’s exactly why they’re trying to attack me into silence.

But I will not be intimidated by a sham investigation and name-calling. I’ve faced far worse for standing up for what’s right. What I need is the strength of this grassroots movement behind me — because Trump and his allies have been targeting my seat since the day I entered Congress.

And that strength comes directly from you.

So I am asking: Will you rush $3 to help me push back against these attacks and continue demanding accountability from Donald Trump?

They can attack me all they want, John. But it doesn't change the truth.
