Donald Trump wants to eliminate healthcare coverage for millions of Americans in the middle of a pandemic -- and we can’t let his repeated attacks on our healthcare system stand. Working families deserve a representative who will fight to protect accessible and affordable coverage for all, and I’m proud to have always been that leader. If the courts were to strike down the ACA, it could result in a complete loss of coverage for over 20 million Americans and block access to life-saving care for millions more. In the best of times, this would be considered a reckless, heartless act by the Trump Administration. But now, as families across the country are struggling through a crisis that Trump himself has made far, far worse, it’s simply unconscionable.

The courts have already chipped away at guaranteed contraceptive coverage through the ACA, and we know that Trump won't stop until this court has undone all of the progress we've made for good. I’m doing everything in my power to stand in Trump’s way and protect our healthcare.
