I’m grateful to my friend Ali Velshi for his powerful MSNOW segment today on the moral leadership of clergy who are challenging ICE extremism and the policy violence that communities are beginning to feel as cuts to federal programs touch the most vulnerable. I was glad to get to join him and am grateful to be able to share our conversation here.
In 20 states across the US tomorrow, Moral Mondays will connect the dots between the issues and create a platform for directly impacted people and religious leaders to insist this is something we all must care about.
