John, I’m Manuel Oliver. Seven years ago, my son Joaquin was killed in the Parkland school shooting. Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to ending gun violence.
I’ve met countless politicians who’ve made empty promises or flat-out refused to take action.
But I’ve met even more young people – like my friend, Rep. Maxwell Frost – who’ve made bigger impacts on this fight than almost every long-serving elected official out there.
Maxwell is changing the organizing game by finding new ways to mobilize his generation, like his annual music festival, MadSoul Fest.
But he needs your grassroots support to fund his youth engagement and year-round organizing work. Can you donate $27 to Maxwell's MadSoul Victory Fund so he can keep building this youth-powered movement for change? >>
As the March for our Lives Organizing Director and the first Gen Z’er in Congress, Maxwell mobilized a youth movement into a powerful force for change. He knows firsthand that you can’t engage a new generation of voters with the same old organizing.
So Maxwell has been doing things differently with MadSoul Fest. He’s engaging youth with music, food, and fun, all while registering new voters.
I’m honored to join MadSoul Fest this year, but I’m even more excited about all the young people who will show up to the polls in 2026 because of this event and because of Maxwell’s youth organizing across Florida.
But the far right will do anything to keep young people from voting, so Maxwell needs grassroots support to keep his youth engagement efforts stronger than ever.
That’s why I'm helping Maxwell raise $50,000 today toward his MadSoul Victory Fund, to fuel his team’s organizing work so he can mobilize the next generation. Can you donate $27 today and strengthen this youth-powered movement? >>
