And National Journal’s just-released top five Senate rankings for 2026 show the path:

1. Flip North Carolina: This open seat is one of the top pickup opportunities for Democrats in 2026 — and former governor Roy Cooper has never lost an election.


2. Defend Jon Ossoff in Georgia: Without him winning re-election, our chances at Flipping the Senate are slim-to-none.


3. Flip Maine: Susan Collins has voted with Donald Trump’s agenda over 90% of the time. It’s why political experts are calling her one of the most vulnerable Republicans up for re-election.


4. Defend in Michigan: Republicans will pour MILLIONS into Michigan to buy this Senate seat for Trump’s hand-picked candidate, Mike Rogers.


5. Defend in New Hampshire: New Hampshire hasn’t had a Republican Senator since 2017, and a potentially nasty primary is brewing among Republicans.

Retaking the Senate is the best way to hold Donald Trump and the GOP accountable, and these are just some of the must-win races to make it happen.

This month’s elections made it clear: Americans are sick and tired of the chaos, corruption, and cruelty of this administration and of Republican leadership in Congress.
