Dear John,

Last year, the National Immigrant Justice Center’s (NIJC) legal volunteers provided support on more than 2,400 cases. We are deeply grateful for these partners who expand NIJC’s capacity to help immigrants in our communities navigate a complex and ever-changing immigration system. Their compassion and dedication changes people's lives every day, and makes a tremendous impact on their families, friends, and communities.

As we prepare to enter 2026, the challenges are far from over. But despite the unprecedented cruelty and attacks on due process, NIJC remains staunchly committed to championing the rights of immigrants, people seeking asylum, and refugees. We will always put human rights and dignity, access to justice, and family unity at the core of our work.

Please, DONATE NOW to help ensure no one has to face injustice alone.

Every dollar makes a difference:

  • $50 provides a legal consultation by phone
  • $100 provides expert legal help for a family fighting to stay together
  • $500 educates community members through a Know Your Rights presentation
  • $1,000 assists a person with filing an appeal at the Chicago Immigration Court HelpDesk
  • $5,000 helps a child who has been abused, neglected, or abandoned secure safety and legal status

Thank you again for being a part of the NIJC community. Your support changes lives, strengthens communities, and is helping to build a more just future for generations to come.

We wish you and your loved ones a joyous and meaningful holiday season.

With gratitude,
Charlotte Sall
