Dear friend,

It's only been a couple of weeks since our victory at the Supreme Court, and I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. While we are thrilled that clinics in Louisiana can now stay open to provide essential care, our work is far from over. I am so grateful to have you standing with us as we continue fighting.

I'm also writing to share an important update and two op-eds with you. The first, published in USA Today, was written by Kathaleen Pittman of Hope Medical Group for Women, the Louisiana abortion clinic that we represented in our Supreme Court case, June Medical Services v. Russo.

In the second, published in The Washington Post, I call on Congress to act to protect abortion access across the United States by passing the Women's Health Protection Act.

And in a major win for the people of Georgia, a federal court permanently struck down the state's six-week abortion ban in our case filed last June. This is the second federal ruling this week to block a state abortion ban, coming just hours after a Tennessee ban was blocked on Monday.

I hope this important turn of events shows just how critical your ongoing support is to our work protecting reproductive rights all over the world.
