I have a big update in the race for the Senate Majority: As of today, my friend Sen. Doug Jones officially has a Republican opponent in his bid for re-election in Alabama.

Polling shows Doug is virtually tied with his new opponent. This race is going to be one of the closest in the country -- if you can, will you split a contribution between Doug's campaign and mine today?


Trump got his wish -- a hand-picked challenger. And now, outside groups are intensely targeting this race.

Two groups, including Karl Rove's super PAC, booked $3.5 MILLION in TV ads attacking Doug that go live TODAY.

Special-interest groups didn't waste a second before flooding Doug's race with dark money at the first opportunity. Doug needs our grassroots support to fight back. If you can, split a contribution now.

Doug's Trump-endorsed opponent supports dismantling the Affordable Care Act and said he "wouldn't have a clue" how to handle the coronavirus.

Doug, on the other hand, is tirelessly fighting to increase access to health care, expand Medicaid, boost manufacturing for critical medical equipment, create new job opportunities, and give workers and small businesses the support they need to get through this crisis.
