The November 17, 2025, Boil Water Order has been lifted for the following areas:

2000 Tru Circle through 2003 Tru Circle2002 Warriors Path through 2210 Warriors Path

1700 Ute Trail through 1815 Ute Trail 1808 Ponca Trace through 1813 Ponca Trace

1800 Emma Naylor Court through 1813 Emma Naylor Court

All of JC MHP 2001 Indian Trail

All of Ancient Oaks MHP

Normal water usage may resume immediately. Service has been restored, and all water quality tests have been completed. The water is now safe to drink and use without boiling.

TCEQ Required Notice

On November 17, 2025 the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the City of Harker Heights public water system, PWS ID #0140023, to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.

The public water system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of November 21, 2025.
