Friend,

It is absolutely critical that we take back the Senate this November, and in order to do that, we must protect the seats we currently hold -- including Doug Jones' seat in Alabama.

I'm lucky to call Doug both my colleague and my friend. He's a man of impressive courage, principle, and diligence -- it's impossible to overstate his dedication to the people of Alabama or his courage to fight for what's right.

From standing up for women's right to choose, to fighting for quality, affordable health care, to convicting those responsible for the horrific bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church that killed four young Black girls, Doug has dedicated his life to fighting for Alabamans and their civil rights.

More than ever before, we need leaders like Doug in the Senate to move our country forward and to keep fighting for what's right, even when it's hard. Especially when it's hard.

I'll be honest, this race will be a tough fight. Yesterday was the Republican runoff election, which Donald Trump's preferred candidate won. Tommy Tuberville, an avid supporter of Trump and his agenda, will take on Doug in November.

Republicans are determined to flip this seat, and they will spend millions to try and make that happen. Trump is all-in for Tommy Tuberville. That's why it is so important that we stand together and fight our hearts out for Doug, just like he does every single day for Alabama.

I hope you will join me in supporting Doug's reelection campaign today. If you are able, will you split a donation between our campaigns to help us take back the Senate, bring our country together, and do great things for our future?

Thank you for your support today and always.
