New reports show that 5.4 million people lost health insurance between February and May of this year, and estimates put the total by year's end at 10.1 million people.
That number scales up dramatically when you factor in dependents.
We desperately need a health care system built on continuity of care, and we need action now. We must boldly move away from our reliance on employer-based coverage.
But Rep. David Schweikert continues to attack our care without a plan, and my primary opponents either lack plans or keep the burden on the patient.
