URGENT HEALTH CARE UPDATE:
Affordable Care Act (ACA) tax credits are set
to expire on Dec. 31.
If these tax credits do expire, working families' health insurance costs will SKYROCKET in 2026. Senate Republicans promised Democrats a vote to extend them, so Letitia James is gathering signatures to call on Congress to extend the ACA tax credits.

Will you be one of 25,000 people to sign our petition demanding that Congress EXTEND the ACA tax credits before Dec. 31?

Friend, the government shutdown may have ended, but Congress walked away without resolving one of the most consequential issues facing working families right now: The Affordable Care Act (ACA) tax credits are still set to expire on Dec. 31.
|
|
If Congress doesn't act, millions of Americans will see their health care costs spike overnight.
Families who are already stretched thin will be forced to make the impossible decision between paying for lifesaving medical care or putting food on the table. And the people who can least afford higher premiums will bear the brunt of Washington's inaction.

|
Attorney General Letitia James has never been afraid to stand up for working people – whether it's taking on corporations or fighting to lower costs for families who need relief.
|
|
But in this moment, she needs a coalition of grassroots activists to stand up to make sure Congress understands that they need to extend these critical tax credits, or they will pay the price at the ballot box next November.
Congress needs to hear from all of us – loudly and immediately. Will you sign Letitia James' petition calling on Congress to EXTEND the ACA tax credits before it's too late?

Thank you.
