John,
The current “ceasefire” in Gaza is a sham. The Israeli military has not stopped killing Palestinians and restricting life-saving aid.
For two years, the Israeli government has been committing war crimes and genocide against the Palestinian people―systematically destroying Gaza’s schools, healthcare system, and infrastructure, while starving and murdering civilians including targeting journalists in an attempt to stop the world from knowing the truth.
But even in the face of this state-sanctioned coverup, human rights groups and United Nations commissions have come to the same conclusion: Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinian people.
That’s why, along with 20 of my colleagues in the House of Representatives, I’ve introduced a resolution to recognize and end the genocide of the Palestinian people in Gaza.
We’re building support for this crucial resolution now, but we’re up against anti-Palestinian group AIPAC and its network of wealthy donors. AIPAC is attempting to stop this resolution and silence our movement for justice and life.
Help me build support for this resolution in Congress and in communities across the country. Donate today to demand the United States recognize Israel’s genocide against the Palestinian people, and take immediate action to end this crime of crimes.

This new, historic resolution lays out how Israel’s military and government have committed genocide while also demonstrating a clear pattern of genocidal intent. It also notes that in the past two years, the U.S. government has sent nearly $22 billion in military aid to Israel and authorized over $30 billion in weapons deals.
Now Israel’s government is negotiating a deal with Trump to send over $76 billion more of our tax dollars. We’ve got to do everything we can to push back.
Together, we’re standing with the American people, demanding the U.S. government stop arming the genocidal Israeli regime—and instead hold it and its enablers accountable.
Please chip in today to keep up the pressure needed to stop genocide.
Thank you for all that you do to honor the humanity of all people, including the Palestinian people.
With you in the fight for our shared humanity,
Rashida

John,
The Israeli government’s genocide in Gaza has not ended, and the U.S. continues sending weapons to a genocidal military. This horror will not end until we act.
That’s why I introduced a new resolution in the House of Representatives: “Recognizing the Genocide of the Palestinian People in Gaza.” It already has support from 20 of my colleagues and over 100 organizations.
Agreeing with Palestinians in Gaza, experts have concluded that the two-year slaughter and forced starvation of Palestinians is genocide—from the International Association of Genocide Scholars, to the United Nations Independent International Commission of Inquiry, to human rights groups such as Amnesty International (which endorsed this resolution), Doctors Without Borders, and Israel-based B’Tselem.
If passed, House Resolution 876 would require the United States to follow international law and respect its obligations under the Genocide Convention to prevent and punish the crime of genocide, including:
-
Ending all relevant arms and equipment transfers to Israel
-
Investigating and prosecuting individuals and corporations in the U.S. that are complicit in Israel’s genocide
-
Fully complying with the orders of the International Court of Justice and investigations of the International Criminal Court
-
Implementing required-by-law sanctions on the Israeli officials responsible, as well as individuals and corporations involved in the genocide against the Palestinian people
Right now, I’m building support in Congress and across the country for this historic resolution to recognize and end Israel’s genocide while holding its perpetrators accountable. Please donate today to power our work to push the U.S. to end its participation in genocide, the crime of crimes.
Anti-Palestinian group AIPAC and its supporters are already building their campaign against us. They’re trying to stop this resolution and cover up the truth.
But our movement is growing larger every day, and support for Palestinians’ human rights is also growing in Congress.
We will keep standing up for the right to live freely. As the only Palestinian American serving in Congress, I’m reminding my colleagues that Palestinians are human beings. And together, we won’t stop demanding the United States follow its legal obligations to prevent and punish genocide.
Donate today to power our campaign to end genocide, end U.S. complicity, uphold international law and human rights, and hold perpetrators of genocide accountable.

Thank you for always being by my side as we expose our country’s involvement in genocidal atrocities. We won’t let Palestinians be erased, and we will do all we can to prevent further loss of life.
In solidarity,
Rashida
