I’d like to tell you about Jack Schlossberg and why I’m asking you to support both his campaign for Congress in NY-12 and my campaign for the Senate.

Jack believes in public service that puts people first.

He understands that our democracy works best when we bring people together around shared values: opportunity for all, protecting our environment for future generations, and ensuring every person has access to quality health care and good-paying jobs.

This is personal for me. My father and Jack's grandmother, Jackie Kennedy, were childhood friends in Rhode Island. They knew each other in post-War Washington and stayed in touch all their lives. When I was being considered for the position of U.S. Attorney, Jackie vouched for me with Senator Claiborne Pell and Senator Ted Kennedy. As a little boy, I once swam in the White House pool with Jack's mother Caroline. President Kennedy came out to say goodbye to her and said hello to me – a memory I've carried my entire life.

Our families' connection spans generations, rooted in a commitment to public service and fighting for what's right. Jack embodies the values his family has long represented: integrity, compassion, and an unwavering dedication to making our country better.

Let’s give Jack’s campaign a strong start, so we can flip Congress blue together.
