Dear John,

My name is Seth Barnes, and it is truly an honor to introduce myself to you as the new Executive Director of the Delaware Democratic Party. I am humbled by the trust placed in me by Chair Evelyn Brady and the hiring committee to take on this challenge at this critical time in our state
and national history.

I come to this position as a former Senate and campaign staffer, making my way up from the deserts of New Mexico and the fields of Iowa. I am passionate about defending our democracy, the dignity of work, and making sure that every American can afford to feed their children and their dreams. I am the son of a veteran and a teacher who taught me the value of service to others.

We have a lot of work ahead of us to ensure that our values as Democrats are protected, strengthened, and advanced. It is my privilege to be in this role at this time, and I look forward to meeting and working with all of you.

As we begin this journey together, I am asking for your continued support so we can start this new chapter off strong. Can I count on your contribution?
