As we head into the holiday & Christmas season and look toward the start of session in January, I’ve been thinking a lot about why this work matters — not just politically, but personally.

Since the 2020 elections flipped New Hampshire, we have had a Republican trifecta. That wasn’t an accident. It was built on years of effort, discipline, and the trust voters placed in us to lead responsibly and deliver real results.

But success comes with responsibility. And expectations. Granite Staters are watching closely to see whether we take this moment seriously — whether we lead with purpose, stay grounded, and work every day to strengthen our state for the long haul.

That’s why I’m reaching out today.

This isn’t about crisis or urgency for the sake of urgency. It’s about building the capacity, the infrastructure, and the strength we need to make the most of this unique opportunity — and to protect what we build when the political winds inevitably shift again.

If we want to lower costs, protect taxpayers, expand opportunity, and keep New Hampshire the Live Free or Die state future generations deserve, we can’t ease off the gas. We have to keep advancing our vision and growing the team that helps make it possible.
