In response Trump took to Truth Social and stated that they “were guilty of ‘SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!’”
Less than an hour after Trump’s call to execute these Democrats, it was announced that the Coast Guard, which operates under the Department of Homeland Security, would no longer classify the swastika as a hate symbol.
Besides Trump, responsibility for this dark moment rests with Lauren Boebert.
She once tweeted “I am the militia,” vowed to bring a gun to work in Congress, lead insurrectionists on reconnaissance tours of the Capitol prior to January 6th and during the Capitol riot she tweeted the location of the US Speaker to the bloodthirsty mob.
She supports the notion that MAGA has a divine right for fascist rule and last year she called for the creation of a Taliban-like “holy army” to “save Colorado from the left.”
MAGA has already arrested members of the Congress and the Senate. How long until they kill one of them.If Boebert stays in office for another term and retains the pulpit she uses to call for violence, we could soon find out.
Boebert is in Congress because of 546 votes. In 2024 when labor leader Trisha Calvarese and Lauren Boebert faced off, Trisha had the best performance a Democrat has ever had in this district, overperforming Kamala Harris by 6 pts whereas Boebert massively underperformed Trump in every county. Boebert is beyond vulnerable and Trisha is back to finish the job.
