John, this is Congressman Chris Deluzio. Donald Trump just called for my death and arrest.

He not only called for my arrest – he went even further, calling for violence against me and several of my colleagues who also served the country before our time in Congress.

Why? Because we spoke a simple truth: no service member is forced to follow an illegal order. The oath to the Constitution is sacred, one that I first swore as a 17-year old at the Naval Academy, and binds us all to the rule of law.

I will not be intimidated by Donald Trump and his calls for violence against me.
