Fellow American,

Let’s cut to the chase — Democrats just used the courts to try to rewrite
Texas’s elections.

A panel of federal judges blocked our congressional map. Not because it’s
unlawful. Not because it’s unconstitutional. But because it threatens the
Democratic Party’s grip on power.

This is not about “protecting voters.” This is about protecting Democrats.

And they’re hoping Texans just roll over.

Here’s my response:

I’m STILL running in Texas’ 35th Congressional District.

I’m STILL fighting.

And I’m STILL going to win this race.

This ruling is a blatant attempt to interfere with our election — to slice up
real communities and force Washington’s will on Texas. The Legislature passed a
fair map. It finally reflects the people who actually live, work, and raise
families here.

But Democrats can’t win TX-35 on the issues. So they’re trying to win it with
lawfare.

Not a chance.

If they think this ruling is going to scare us out of this race, they’re dead
wrong. All it does is light a fire under our campaign — and make this fight
even bigger.

But to show we’re not backing down for one single second, I need
reinforcements right now.

The Left is already fundraising off this ruling. We need to prove TX-35 is
READY TO PUNCH BACK.

Texans — NOT unelected judges — will decide who represents this district.

Stand with me. Fight with me.
