As late autumn settles around us, we invite you to a moment of pause, reflection, and gratitude from all of us at Rian. With the growing tide of anti-immigrant rhetoric, it’s understandable to feel dismayed. The system is broken, there is no question about that. But our community isn’t broken, and for that we are profoundly grateful. 

We are present and focused at Rian, working toward our vision for a shared society where all people are welcomed, valued, and enjoy equitable opportunities and protections. We celebrate this work together with you. In that spirit, we are pleased to present Rian’s 2024 Annual Report:

Inside the report you’ll find that our immigration legal services are increasingly the focal point of our work. We offer legal expertise, providing more than 2,000 legal consultations in 2024 where clients received thorough, tailored advice and tangible next steps on their path to a stable life here in the United States. From these initial consultations, Rian supported over 750 more complex cases with expert legal help. 

Because of you and our vast network of supporters, Rian also helped over 300 clients access essential resources like safe housing, healthcare referrals, hunger prevention benefits, and emergency financial assistance for families in crises. 

Each and every person we served with your support has a unique story of bravery, resilience, hope, and enthusiasm. We hope you’ll enjoy reading about some of these journeys in the report.
