Hi, it’s Robert Garcia. I know fundraising emails often use doom and gloom tactics to try to convince you to make a donation. But I’m here to share a different message:

I’m starting to feel some hope again because I can see that a better country and world are possible.

I’m feeling it because of the people stepping up, speaking out, organizing, and refusing to accept that this is as good as it gets. I’m feeling it because every day, more Americans are demanding a government that works for all of us — not just the wealthy and powerful.

And I’m feeling it because of supporters like you, who haven’t given up on the idea that we can build something better together.

But hope alone isn’t enough. We have to turn it into power — legislative, political, and grassroots.

Right now, I’m in the middle of some of the toughest fights of my career: for transparency, for truth, for democracy, for working people, and for a country where corruption doesn’t get the final word.

These fights require resources. They require organizing. They require a movement.
