Dear Friend,
Canadians already know how to pull together. We see it in volunteer fire halls, community centres, classrooms, clinics, and in small businesses that stay standing because neighbours refuse to let one another fall. Working together is how we get things done when it matters most.
Our politics should reflect that spirit. Instead, our voting system pushes us in the opposite direction.
First Past the Post promotes division instead of cooperation. We saw it during the 2025 election. It felt worse than ever, and it pulled people apart in ways none of us wanted.
But it does not have to be this way.
A fair voting system would bring the same sense of togetherness we rely on in our communities into our politics. It would mean the seats in Parliament reflect how people actually voted. It would mean parties have to work together to govern, which keeps them focused on keeping their promises and finding common ground.
Countries that use fair voting see more stability, more civility, and more long-term planning. Canadians deserve the same.
Our government has studied these systems. We know they work. What is missing now is the will to move forward.
And that is where you come in.
Your support builds the momentum behind a movement for fair voting. It brings people together around a simple idea that already feels true to Canadians. Cooperation should guide our politics, not division.
That is why this November we launched our Safeguarding Canada’s Democracy Electoral Reform campaign. We are making real progress and we are grateful for it. Our goal is to raise $185,392 by November 30 to fund outreach and mobilization across the country. This work is essential to building the momentum needed to make fair voting a national priority, and your help makes that possible.

All Canadians deserve a voting system that reflects who we are. Your support today helps bring fair voting closer to becoming part of Canada’s democratic future.
