The Fraternal Order of Police and the International Association of Chiefs of
Police are opposing HR 38—the Constitutional Concealed Carry Act—while pushing
blatantly hypocritical restrictions on YOU... restrictions that absolutely do
NOT apply to their precious federal police carry permits.



It’s one rule for the “special class” and another for law-abiding Americans.



But here are the facts, the ones they want to hide:

✅ A survey from the National Association of Chiefs of Police revealed 89%
support for recognizing state-issued concealed carry permits nationwide.

✅ 83% of police said law-abiding, armed citizens help law enforcement reduce
violent crime.

✅ Almost 16,000 officers named “armed citizens” as the #1 way to prevent mass
shootings.

✅ In Alaska and Arizona, murder rates dropped 30% in the first five years
after permitless carry became law.

✅ Concealed carry permit holders are significantly more law-abiding than
police officers. According to economist John Lott, “concealed carry permit
holders [in Texas and Florida] are convicted of misdemeanors and felonies at
less than one-sixth the rate for police officers.”



The law enforcement establishment CLAIMS to speak for police, but the reality
is clear: America’s peace officers SUPPORT nationwide reciprocity and YOUR
right to self-defense!



We’ve had enough of the elitist double standards. It’s time for Congress to
side with the Constitution.
