Notice of Public Meeting, Town of Greybull, WY, Greybull Water Transmission Pipeline and East Tank Replacement Project

The Town of Greybull (Town), Wyoming, will conduct a public meeting at 4:00 pm, local time, on December 09, 2025, in the Greybull Town Hall, 24 South 5th St. Greybull, Wyoming. The purpose of the meeting is to allow citizens to review and comment on the Greybull Water Transmission Pipeline (GWTP) and East Tank Replacement project. This project presented at this meeting will involve the 1-million-gallon tank and 30,000 feet of water of transmission water main from the tank east to Porter Draw PRV.

At the meeting, the Town and their consultant, DOWL will present the preliminary design of the proposed project and will discuss the estimated cost of the improvements and the plan for funding the improvements. A preliminary plan of improvements, cost estimates, and the funding plan can also be reviewed at Greybull Town Hall, 24 South 5th St., Greybull, Wyoming or at DOWL, 1833 Sheridan Avenue, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. Based on current cost estimates, the Town plans to borrow $5,610,589 at a 0.5% interest rate from the Wyoming Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund with a principal forgiveness of $2,848,264. The loan will be administered by the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments.
