[[link removed]]John,
Yesterday, the House and Senate finally voted to release the Epstein Files.
Only two months ago, my opponent, Republican Senator Pete Ricketts voted against releasing the Epstein files. But suddenly – with President Trump urging a ‘Yes’ vote – Ricketts finally got onboard…
This bill legally requires a full release of the files, with redactions to protect victims. It’s not the House oversight process that relied on Pam Bondi's Department of Justice “voluntarily” cooperating. It’s a legally-binding requirement.
Epstein’s survivors have been calling for this for months, with many speaking publicly for the first time. But Pete Ricketts didn’t care until now.
Last year, ours was one of the closest Senate races in the country. And the latest poll between me and Republican Pete Ricketts shows me narrowly in the LEAD here in Nebraska – 47% to 46%.
We can defeat Republican Pete Ricketts and win this Senate seat, but I am counting on your support now if we are going to be able to fight back against Ricketts' billionaire-funded attack ads and win.
So please, will you make a monthly donation now to our campaign to help me defeat Republican Pete Ricketts and win Nebraska’s Senate seat? [[link removed]]

I am not taking money from corporate PACs or lobbyists. Truly no amount you can afford to give is too small.
