Dear John,

How much would you give to stop your child or grandchild from being indoctrinated? Minnesota Family Council is giving everything.

This summer, the MN Department of Education released its second draft of new Health Education Standards. The Sexual Health portion includes required student learning expectations that expose children to sexualized content in early elementary school and are developmentally inappropriate.

Will you help stop this indoctrination from advancing?

Give Now

Here are just a few examples of concerning proposed benchmarks which would become required instruction (quotations added):

  • 3rd grade: Define "gender identity" and "expression"
  • 3rd grade: explain the difference between “sex assigned at birth” and “gender identity” and “expression”
  • 3rd grade: eight- and nine-year-olds must “describe internal and external reproductive body parts using medically accurate terms in a gender-neutral way.”
  • 5th grade: define “sexual orientation” including sense of identity, attractions, and behaviors

The outsized focus of the proposed benchmarks on "gender identity and expression" creates serious concern for Minnesota Family Council and our legal initiative, True North Legal.

Give Now

That’s why True North Legal submitted written comments urging the MN Department of Education to make changes to their next draft. You can learn more about our position in this op-ed written by Doug Wardlow, True North Legal’s Director of Litigation, and in Doug’s interview with Joe Pags.

We’re still waiting for the next draft of benchmarks to be released, but rest assured, my team is standing by to keep you informed of the facts. Moreover, we are poised to take legal action if necessary. We have a history of success in the courts and will continue to be the tip of the spear in protecting our children from indoctrination.

This Give to the Max Day, your gift to Minnesota Family Council will help thwart the indoctrination of Minnesota’s children.
