We all remember how Trump campaigned on America First. But now, less than a year in, it couldn’t be further from the case. And even his supporters are starting to take notice.

He’s focused on building a $300 million ballroom while American families can’t afford to keep a roof over their heads.

He bailed out Argentina to the tune of $40 billion, while imposing tariffs that devastate American industries. He’s catering to his billionaire friends by giving them tax breaks and federal funding. He’s throwing lavish galas at Mar-a-Lago and hosting parties for his sycophants at the White House.

And his voters? They’re the last people on his mind. He fought to slash SNAP funding , he threatened not to pay back pay to federal employees, and he’s gaslighting people into thinking that groceries are cheaper…and it doesn’t take an economist to see that they aren’t.
