Arlington Is *the* Place for Placemaking!

Placemaking is a concept that’s been around since the 1960s. It took on greater significance during the COVID-19 pandemic, when homebound humans flocked to outdoor public spaces to regain connection to each other. Today in Arlington, placemaking is still going strong. Read on for local examples of placemaking past, present, and future.
