Donald Trump stalled and dragged out the release of the Epstein files for months in a failed attempt to bury his relationship with sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein and to cover up Epstein’s heinous crimes.

Trump is attempting to pull the wool over voters’ eyes, but it's too little too late: 

Because of determined Democrats in Congress, the Epstein Transparency Act is on his desk and could be signed today. But here's the problem, he could have released this information at any point this year.

And despite promising to release the files on the campaign trail, he hasn't. Instead he's been covering for himself, for his donors, and for his ultra-wealthy pals.

Trump spent the last year calling the files “scams,” “hoaxes,” and “bullshit” — a slap in the face to the survivors of Epstein’s heinous crimes. 

Worse, Trump has given cushy, white glove treatment to Ghislaine Maxwell ensuring Epstein's co-conspirator has the run of her low security prison including personal assistance from the Warden! 

Trump's "tough-on-crime" schtick must have an exception for rich buddies convicted of sex trafficking minors. 

Trump is so hellbent on the files never seeing the light of day because he knows that once it does, the entire nation will see his name and the names of his billionaire pals appear in bold print. 

Yesterday’s vote brings Democrats one step closer to delivering justice for Epstein’s survivors and transparency for the American public.
