Tell Comcast/NBC: Keep Seth Meyers on the Air > [link removed]
Friend,
It’s a crisp autumn day in 2025. Trump is dodging the latest Epstein revelations while his censor-in-chief, FCC Chairman Brendan Carr, is amplifying the president’s call for yet another late-night host to be fired.
Talk about déjà vu.
Earlier this week, Carr shared Trump’s Truth Social post in which the president urges Comcast/NBCUniversal executives to fire Meyers.1 Apparently, Carr refused to learn anything back in September when senators from his own side of the aisle called similar threats to Jimmy Kimmel “dangerous” and “straight out of Goodfellas.”
Bullies like Carr and Trump won’t stop trying to silence dissenting voices in the media unless more people stand up to them. Many of you took action with us back then to get Jimmy Kimmel Live! back on the air, and we’re reaching out again to ask for your help to proactively protect Late Night With Seth Meyers — add your name if you’re with us. *One click on the link or button will instantly add your name to our petition if we have your details on file.*

Brendan Carr likes to pretend he’s a tough guy. Once again, he’s trying to not-so-subtly strong-arm another major media company into doing Trump’s bidding. It was wrong before; it’s wrong now — and it’ll be wrong when he inevitably tries it again. Next month, thanks in part to pressure from Free Press and individuals like you, Carr will go before the Senate Commerce Committee for a much-needed oversight hearing.
In the meantime, it’s up to us to hold Comcast/NBC accountable. Sign our petition demanding that it stand up to Trump and keep Seth Meyers on the air. *One click on the link or button will instantly add your name to our petition if we have your details on file.*
