I hope this message finds you well and filled with hope in this Jubilee year.
I want to thank you from my heart for the wonderful support you’ve shown our global family throughout 2025 — through your prayers, your generosity, and your commitment to a fairer world.
Each year, our trustees share a report on the impact of your compassion. But rather than reading about it, I’d love to invite you to come together online and reflect with us.
Join us on Wednesday 26 November, from 7–8pm, as we look back on the challenges, joys and achievements of this year.
I’ll be joined by Pablo Soriano Mena, our Public Policy Manager, who will share updates on CAFOD’s advocacy for debt justice and climate action.
I’ll also be joined by Christopher Lamb, CNN Vatican Correspondent, who will offer insights into Pope Leo XIV’s inspiring first six months and his vision for a world renewed in justice and peace.
Together, we’ll reflect on what this Jubilee year of hope means for Catholic social action and for CAFOD’s mission across Africa, Asia and Latin America.
Your presence is important to us, and I look forward to connecting with you. In these challenging moments, your support has been a beacon of hope, and we want to acknowledge this in a heartfelt way.
I hope to see you there,
Christine Allen
Director, CAFOD
