Why I need you:

My race for the U.S. Senate is one of the most competitive in the country, and Republicans see me as their top threat. They handpicked my opponent. GOP mega-donors are lining up to fund his campaign.

There’s a long road ahead of us, and if we’re going to win, we need the resources to take on everything the GOP can throw at us.

Contributions or gifts to Cooper Victory Fund are not tax deductible.

The first $7,000 of each contribution from a person and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Cooper for North Carolina. The first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 from a person and $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to North Carolina Democratic Party – Federal. The next $44,300 of a contribution from a person and the next $15,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the DSCC General Fund. The next $132,900 from a person and the next $45,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the DSCC Headquarters Fund. The next $132,900 from a person and the next $45,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the DSCC Legal Fund. A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
