Manhattan Plaza is one of the most iconic artist housing developments in the country. This online seminar will tell you everything you need to know about how to apply for the waitlists. In addition to sharing details on the building, you'll also learn about the application process.

The seminar will focus on:

* Income limits
* Where to apply
* Artist preference criteria and assessing your income
* Required documentation
