Project HOPE teams are on the ground delivering food, drinking water, hygiene kits, and medical supplies while coordinating with local responders to reach the hardest-hit areas. We are also supporting health workers who have been caring for their communities despite empty hospital shelves, damaged facilities, and days without rest.

In the coming days, we are expanding our response across St. Elizabeth, Westmoreland, St. James, and Trelawny parishes in Jamaica, including:
* Establishing four static health clinics and four mobile medical units
* Conducting water trucking to communities with damaged water infrastructure
* Distributing hygiene kits and essential supplies
* Providing mental health and resiliency training to front-line responders
* Continuing to procure medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals
