I’m reaching out for $3, friend.

Here’s why:

As I’m sure you’ve seen, Trump is sinking badly in the polls. That’s good news for our chances at the top of the ticket. But if this trend holds, we expect the Republicans to begin diverting more resources into House races like mine to mitigate the fallout.

In fact, they've already started: Republicans have committed $4.6 million in attack ads against me -- the most against any California Democratic incumbent. We need to fight back:

Thursday night marks the midway point of July, but we’re not yet 50% of the way toward our fundraising goal for the month. I’m asking if you will contribute $3 to help us beat back the Republicans' massive ad buy in our district.

Remember, in 2018 we secured our win with just 862 votes. That’s why Republicans consider CA-21 their best shot to reclaim a lost California seat.

But with Trump sinking, the rest of the Republicans are going to swoop in to prop up Valadao’s campaign -- it’s only a matter of time. That’s why we’re shoring up our grassroots base right now.

Since I’m refusing corporate PAC money, you’re my last line of defense.
