Truth Keeps Winning!

Dear John,

Even though the mainstream media won’t tell you, there is good news to report! Judeo/Christian values are winning every day, and biblical truth is prevailing.

Positive things are happening, and here are some stories that will encourage you:

'America Was Founded on Faith': Trump Launches 'America Prays' Initiative for 250th Anniversary

WASHINGTON, D.C. –  As America nears the 250th anniversary of its founding, President Trump wants the nation to recognize its dependence on God. He's launched "America Prays," an initiative emphasizing the enduring role of faith in the country's identity.

"America was founded on faith, as we know, and I've been saying it for a long time. And when faith gets weaker, our country seems to get weaker. When faith gets stronger, as it is right now, we're having a very good period of time," he said.

Throughout his second term, President Trump has made clear his belief that America needs God. In that spirit, he has established the White House Faith Office, Task Force on Anti-Christian Bias, and Religious Liberty Commission.

White House Cabinet meetings begin with prayer, and now the president is urging Americans to extend that practice nationwide.

DOJ Orders Lawyers To Report Judicial ‘Obstacles’ in Immigration, Antifa Cases

Department of Justice leadership directed federal prosecutors to give them examples by Friday of hurdles they have encountered with judges when working on cases about attacks on law enforcement and Antifa.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche's office sent the order one day prior to some U.S. attorneys, according to a memo reviewed by Fox News Digital. The memo instructed the prosecutors to give "2-3 examples of unusual judicial system obstacles" their offices have encountered in the courts in certain areas. The memo was first reported by Reuters.

The areas were laid out in a bulleted list and included assaults on law enforcement, obstruction of immigration authorities, investigations into certain "domestic terror organizations, such as Antifa" or "interstate threats, doxxing, and/or hoaxes."

The judicial obstacles, the memo said, should be those that cropped up when prosecutors were bringing charges, litigating cases or carrying out other legal processes.

The directive marks the latest instance of the DOJ targeting the judiciary as prosecutors fail to secure charges and convictions in some high-profile cases and as the Trump administration faces hundreds of lawsuits and frequent adverse rulings in the lower courts.

Trump’s Welcome Marijuana Crackdown

Despite millions of dollars spent by the marijuana industry, the Trump administration is cracking down on the drug, closing loopholes that have let the industry expand banefully in states that have not legalized it, and stepping up prosecutions of those who use it on federal lands.

This summer, reports surfaced that President Donald Trump had been telling donors he was considering moving marijuana from Schedule I — the strictest category under the Controlled Substances Act — to Schedule III, a lower tier that includes drugs such as ketamine and codeine. Such a shift would make marijuana easier to use legally and open financing options for the multibillion-dollar cannabis industry.

This came after Trump endorsed a Florida ballot measure that would have legalized the drug in 2024.

But not only has there been no rescheduling announcement, but the legislation that ended the government shutdown this week also included a provision closing a loophole that inadvertently legalized certain marijuana products in all 50 states.
