Hi John,

My name is Carina Chen. I'm from Oklahoma City, and I'm proud to serve as a Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids Youth Ambassador and Board Member.

Across the country and the world, the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids empowers young people like me who are fighting to reduce tobacco use, end youth nicotine addiction, and address other critical public health challenges.

Through year-round training and support, we gain the skills needed to be effective and powerful advocates for change.

And because of supporters like you, our movement is growing. We’re educating our peers, informing policymakers, and countering the tobacco industry.

But our work is far from done. The tobacco industry continues to introduce new products designed to attract and addict young people, putting our generation at risk. And critical public health programs are under attack in the U.S. and worldwide. That’s why your support is so needed right now.

Giving Tuesday is on December 2nd – just two weeks away. As you think about where to give on this global day of generosity, please check out this video I recorded for you: [link removed]

By supporting youth advocates like me, you help build a generation of leaders who are fighting for healthier communities and a tobacco-free future.

Thanks so much for all you do to make this work possible – to make my work possible. This organization and this movement have changed my life, and now I want to reach as many other young people as I can.

Sincerely,
Carina
