Friends, Linda Sarsour called on Jamaal Bowman to follow orders from the ‘The Squad’ – including Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, all of whom have expressed hostility toward Israel in the past. In Linda Sarsour’s words, “no questions asked, you do what they say.”
Linda Sarsour is an anti-Israel activist who supports the BDS movement and has a history of making outrageous anti-Semitic comments.
It is unacceptable for sitting Members of Congress to take orders from someone like Sarsour – who has an alarming history of using anti-Semitic language for political gain.
We hope that Jamaal Bowman will not take orders from Linda Sarsour or any others who seek to divide communities and undermine our important relationship with our Israeli ally. Every single Member of Congress should go to Washington with an open mind, and we need to make sure they aren’t pressured by the likes of Linda Sarsour and the squad into following others blindly.
