I wanted to make sure you saw my team’s message from yesterday. Colorado is fighting back against Trump's move of the US Space Command from Colorado to Alabama. Trump said he was going to move Space Command because Alabama supports him and Colorado uses mail ballots.

I’m glad the State is taking a stand. We cannot allow Trump to get away with his unlawful behavior and retaliation schemes. As Attorney General, I’ll lean in because these decisions aren’t just fun and games. They impact Colorado jobs, our communities, and our national security.

Donald Trump used political retaliation once again when he ordered US Space Command be moved from Colorado Springs to Alabama. He said that Colorado's vote-by-mail system was one of the reasons he was targeting our state.

Colorado took action. Our state filed a lawsuit to block the relocation.Trump’s retaliation would harm Colorado families and the nation’s military readiness. It's necessary to file these lawsuits to stop Trump’s hostile and unlawful behavior.

Fights like these are exactly why Jena is running for Attorney General.
