Updates to the Google One Terms of Service

We’ve updated the Google One Terms of Service to clarify our terms and provide more transparency.

Here is a summary of the key changes:

You can now purchase AI credits to access and use AI-powered features within Google.
We've clarified who the seller is for your Google One subscription and AI credits, which affects how billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
For those using Family Sharing, members of your family group may now also see information about AI credits consumed by other members.
We've added more specific information about offers, including how they convert to paid subscriptions.
We’ve simplified our terms further to rely more on the Google Terms of Service.

You can review the updated Terms of Service in full here. These updates will take effect on December 18, 2025. By continuing to use Google One after this date, you are agreeing to the new terms.
