This is a long email, but I hope you will take the time to read it.

Republicans put the interests of the most powerful ahead of ordinary folks every second they remain in power. I have seen it happen time and again in some of the most insidious ways.

From rushing through extremist right-wing judges and threatening to gut our health care system, to Trump fumbling the federal response to this ongoing crisis and slow-walking when it comes to helping those in need — the GOP agenda has hurt countless Americans.

Look, I got into politics to fight for the issues that matter most to everyday families, like access to quality, affordable health care, good-paying jobs, protecting the right to vote, and building an economy that works for everyone. But it’s clear Republicans like Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell, and my opponent Jason Lewis have a very different set of values.

I’m determined to keep Minnesota away from the GOP’s dangerous grasp. But if I’m honest, we have a very tough fight ahead of us. Republicans will do whatever it takes to flip Minnesota red and defeat me to hold onto their majority in Washington, so I’m asking for your help today:
