Hey folks, it’s John. I don’t like writing these emails any more than you like your inbox filling up with them, so I’ll keep this brief.

I’ll be honest with you: taking back the Senate in 2026 isn’t going to be easy.

Democrats have momentum on our side, but the Senate map in ‘26 is tilted against us. We have to protect every blue seat on the map. 

The pickup opportunities are few and far between.

Trump and the Republicans are already building up a massive multi-million dollar warchest to bankroll extreme MAGA candidates to victory in battleground races around the country.

And let’s not forget that if we lose Colorado, so goes our path to rebuilding our majority.

But here’s how everyday folks like you and your family can make a real difference: Every dollar donated to invest in key races NOW (like here in Colorado!) will have a much larger impact on our chances of success compared to contributions made closer Election Day.

That means giving $10 now could be just as effective as a $100 donation made a week before the election. But don’t quote me on that — I was a geologist, not a mathematician!

So what do you say? Please, pitch in $10 or whatever you can spare to help us defend Colorado, take back our Senate majority, and finally get Congress back to delivering for working people again.
