It’s time for a historic Constitutional Amendment to abolish the presidential pardon power – a relic of monarchy that presidents of both parties have repeatedly abused to protect the powerful and undermine justice.

For years, presidents of both parties have used pardons not as acts of mercy, but as tools of corruption and cronyism:

• Trump pardoned Binance founder Changpeng Zhao after his conviction for bribery and political corruption and freed January 6th rioters who attacked police and tried to overturn the election.
• Biden pardoned his family and commuted the sentence of Judge Michael Conahan, the “kids-for-cash” judge whose crimes devastated families.

These aren’t isolated cases; they show a pattern of presidents using the pardon power to protect the well-connected and undermine justice.

TAKE ACTION: Add your name to abolish the presidential pardon power and restore equality under the law.

No one – not even the president – should be above the law.
