America First Legal Files Amended Complaint in Landmark Lawsuit Challenging the 2020 Census, Adding Representative Byron Donalds as Plaintiff
AFL has strengthened its landmark lawsuit against the U.S. Census Bureau for manipulating the 2020 Census. The amended complaint now includes Representative Byron Donalds (R-FL), whose state of Florida lost two House seats due to unlawful statistical methods that distorted representation and silenced American voices.
Our lawsuit argues that the Census Bureau abandoned its constitutional duty and the rule of law to count real Americans and instead relied on flawed statistical models that reshaped the nation’s political map. The lawsuit seeks to have the 2020 Census declared unlawful, to block such manipulation in future counts, and to require a corrected, lawful census report. This case is part of AFL’s broader effort to defend election integrity, uphold the Constitution, and ensure every American’s voice is heard and represented.

America First Legal Defends American Families, Files Title IX Complaint Against Westford Public Schools for Letting Boys in Girls’ Bathrooms
AFL has filed a Title IX complaint against Westford Public Schools in Massachusetts, demanding a federal investigation into the school district’s policy that allows boys to use girls’ bathrooms and locker rooms. AFL argues that this policy blatantly violates Title IX’s clear protection of students based on biological sex, not self-declared gender identity.
Despite federal court rulings and President Trump’s executive order reaffirming that “sex” means biological sex, Westford continues to enforce an ideological agenda that undermines student privacy and fairness. The district’s actions are a lawless betrayal of parents and students, and a punishment of those who uphold biological truth. AFL will continue to fight for the restoration of common sense and the protection of equal rights under the law.
