Email from Alzheimer's Research and Prevention Foundation Dear John, We started the Meditate for Your Memory Challenge initiative back in 2021 to bring our community together and learn all about the brain-boosting benefits of Kirtan Kriya (KK). I am excited to announce another week-long meditation challenge: December 1-5, 2025. We will practice every day of the week at 12 pm PT / 1 pm MT / 2 pm CT / 3 pm ET / 9 pm Europe We will teach you how to meditate, practice, and then hold a Q&A for a total of 30 minutes. As our research has revealed, there are multiple health and healing benefits as seen in the chart below. Beyond that is the development of a closer connection to your best self, your spiritual identity that we call Spiritual Fitness (SF). REGISTER FOR FREE REGISTER We can't wait to see you in December!
