THEN:
He's given billionaires access to departments and programs across the government -- including Social Security, the Department of Education, and Veterans Affairs -- so they can GUT services we RELY on.

AND NOW:
He’s led the GOP effort to SLASH health care for millions of Americans to pay for huge tax breaks for the ultra-wealthy -- resulting in a DISASTROUS government shutdown.
