Tell Your Senators To Pass the Equality Act!

Dear John,

The Trump administration is creating a license to discriminate against LGBTQ people.

At a time when the pandemic and economic crisis have made the need for essentials such as health care and shelter access more important than ever, the administration’s discriminatory practices haven’t let up.

But by passing the Equality Act, Congress can proactively prevent any such steps from being taken in the future.

The Equality Act would cover areas where LGBTQ Americans face regular discrimination and abuse, such as education, housing, public spaces and services, federally funded programs, credit, and jury service. It would ensure that LGBTQ people, women, and countless others are treated equally under the law.
