Our message is resonating with the servicemembers that Trump is weaponizing
“This is just not what any of us signed up for, and it's so out of the scope of normal operations.”
That’s what one member of the Ohio National Guard just told NPR, in response to Trump’s orders deploying the Guard into U.S. cities.[1]
“It's so disheartening every time I see another city — and I just wonder, 'who's going to stand up to this?'"
We will. In fact, John, Win Without War and Democracy for America Advocacy Fund already are:

Ever since Trump threatened a “war from within” in our cities, we have responded to his National Guard deployments with a series of billboards, connecting servicemembers to resources if given illegal or unethical orders. With your support, we’ve expanded the campaign to six cities.
Our message is clearly resonating with the servicemembers being weaponized to serve Trump’s authoritarian rule, so we need to go further and move faster to be there for them with answers.
