Good morning, friend!
I know I'm up early for a weekend, but after yesterday's call with my campaign manager, Ben, I needed to write this email to you.
Last night, Ben told me that at the rate grassroots donations were trickling in, our team was on track to come up 12% short of my $30,000 mid-month goal by the cutoff at 11:59 p.m. tonight.
So, before you go fix a second cup of coffee, I first have to ask: Can you please chip in $3.50, or anything at all, ahead of this can't-miss deadline?

See, we're now less than one year out from Colorado's gubernatorial election and halfway through the last quarter of 2025. As such, tonight's the biggest mid-month deadline we've seen to date, so we can't afford to fall flat.
Because if we fall behind on our year-end fundraising numbers, we won't enter 2026 with the resources we need to win. And as soon as that data goes public, our opponents and national GOP megadonors alike will not hesitate to capitalize on any perceived weakness.
Of course, we have a lot of time until then. The worst thing we could do now is squander it.
And reaching tonight's goal isn't just key to closing 2025 ahead of all my opponents in fundraising strength. It's how we're going to hit the campaign trail in 2026 with the strongest possible people-powered lead.
So with less than 17 hours left to close the gap, I'm sounding an early-morning wake-up call to every single member of our grassroots team.
Will you help me lay the groundwork for victory by rushing just $3.50 – less than a regular black coffee – or anything you can right away? I can't cross the finish line as governor-elect next November without your help.

I hope you enjoy a restful weekend – and that I can count on your help today. Thanks for everything,
Michael
