Just as fast as the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons rolled up on us, the 2026 primary season will be here before we know it.
If you’ve taken a look around Texas, then you know the upcoming primaries will be hotly contested. Candidates just started officially filing this past week, and anyone who has yet to do so has until December 8 to get their paperwork in.
While many of us return home and spend time with our families and friends for the holidays, it’s absolutely important that we do not take our eye off the ball. Apart from the ever-essential Texas House and Senate races unfolding across the Lone Star State, there are several statewide and federal elections that TTP has its eyes on.
The March primary elections and May runoffs (if needed) will decide several important seats, including our next:
